I've always believed that scent is one of the most powerful things in the world. Think about it. You can walk into a room and immediately feel something before you even register why. There's a reason certain smells take you straight back to a moment, a place, a feeling. That's not coincidence. That's the science of scent, and it's been at the center of everything we do at Unplug since day one.

I founded Unplug in 2015 out of a genuine passion for interior design, entertaining, and the way a beautifully curated environment can shift how people feel. Over the past 11 years, what started as a passion project has grown into a team of 25 incredibly talented people with the capacity to hand-pour approximately 2,500 candles every single day from our production facility. We've been featured on Good Morning America, The View, and The Tamron Hall Show, and have had the privilege of building private label and wholesale partnerships with brands like Sharper Image, the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Jim Beam Distillery, Kohler Spas, and many more.

We don't just sell candles — we help businesses connect with their customers on a level that goes way beyond the transaction. What We Believe About Scent

Scent is the only sense that bypasses logic and goes straight to memory and emotion. It doesn't ask permission — it just takes you somewhere. We built Unplug on that truth. Every fragrance we create is thoughtfully developed to evoke a feeling, set a tone, and leave a lasting impression on anyone who experiences it.

Our candles are hand-poured in small batches using 100% pure soy wax, cotton braided wicks, and premium fragrance oils that are free of parabens and phthalates. We take the craft seriously — every pour, every label, every finished product goes through our quality process to ensure consistency your customers can count on.

Our private label program is one of our most exciting offerings. We work closely with each partner to identify a signature scent that truly represents their brand — and from there, we can build out an entire fragrance portfolio across multiple product formats.
