• Shipping & Returns

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. We currently ship within the United States. Unused candles in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale.

  • Damaged & Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact sales@unplugsoycandles.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can make it right.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations

    If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests for orders that have not yet shipped. Please note that once custom orders have been approved, no changes can be made.

  • Please Note

    Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, Unplug Soy Candles is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
